Inserting and removing the battery (see figure A)

Slide the release button (5) away from the battery compartment and open the battery compartment cover (12).

Push the charged battery into the battery holder until it clicks into place.

To remove the rechargeable battery, press the battery release button and pull the battery out. Do not use force to do this.

Close the battery compartment cover (12) so that you hear it click into place.

Make sure that the battery compartment cover is fully closed and that the seal of the battery compartment cover is intact. Ingress of moisture can damage the battery and pump.
